Join our growing real estate media company as a skilled photographer/videographer! Experience in real estate media and a passion for social media content creation are essential. We have our own dedicated editing team, so your focus will be on capturing exceptional footage. As a close-knit team, we collaborate on exciting projects and local events in the Bay Area. If you're ready to elevate our media, we want to hear from you! Job Types: Freelance Pay Per Job $100 - $400 Responsibilities:• Receive appointment emails• Prepare and set up equipment • Arrive early to appointments to allow for setup• Pre-shoot walk-through assessment • Upload photos and videos promptly for the editing team• Provide great customer service and perform on-site consultations • Take listing photos and videos• Film all types of social media content • Record 3D tours of homes Qualifications:• Ability to pass a background check• Professional photography and videography experience • Provide a portfolio of past work• Knowledge of the creation of 3D Matterport tours• Technology proficient: the ability to learn new software quickly • Driver's license and proof of insurance• Ability to work efficiently and be prompt to appointments• Strong communication skills *multilingual a plus• Real estate experience preferred • MUST have knowledge of both photography and video equipment *Please provide a list of your gear and work portfolio when applying Compensation: $100 - $400 per job About Company: Twin Oaks Real Estate is a family-owned and operated brokerage with two offices in the California Bay Area.
