What We Can Offer You: Multiple Shift Options Available: Day, Evening, or Night Competitive wages starting at $17.50/hour for Sr Production Operators Day Shift 7am-3pm Evening Shift 3pm-11pm: base wage + 15% Shift Differential Night Shift 11pm-7am: base wage + 20% Shift Differential Total Rewards Program offering competitive health and financial benefits Generous time off: 3 weeks paid vacation, 5 sick days, 1 volunteer day, 11 holidays Tuition assistance for educational pursuits Air-conditioned workspace Paid lunch breaks What You Will Do: Precision Packaging: Take charge of packaging, labeling, and cartoning products, ensuring label accuracy, package seal integrity, and precise counts per package and carton. Tech Operation Expert: Start up, operate, and shut down basic technology manual, semi-automatic, and automatic assembly/production machines and processes with finesse. Quality Assurance: Perform quality inspections following Panduit's quality systems and procedures, ensuring our products meet the highest standards. Safety First: Prioritize safety by following Panduit's safety guidelines and procedures, creating a secure work environment for all. Waste Elimination: Contribute to our commitment to excellence by performing daily 5S activities, eliminating waste, and optimizing efficiency. What You Will Bring: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment Ability to learn and adapt to new skills and knowledge quickly Basic mathematical skills and proficiency in using a calculator and measuring tools Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, perform repetitive tasks, and be on your feet majority of shift Ready to embark on a fulfilling journey with us?
