Responsibilities: • Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary• Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction• Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement• Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries Qualifications: • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills• Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent• Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere Compensation: $18 - $25 hourly About Company: Family-owned and operated. Specializing in High-Quality Dry Cleaning and Customer Service. Currently have two locations. Professional member of Dry Cleaning and Laundry Institute. We do home and business delivery as well. Serving Orange County since 1976.
