Responsibilities: • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster• Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction• Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered• Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process• Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so the process is done in a timely manner• Identify homes that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales• Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service• Oversee the entire process from writing offers to closing to ensure client satisfaction• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion• Lead generation• Real estate sales• Buyer lead follow-up• Set appointments• Execute appointments• Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Professional in attitude and appearance• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision• Commission opportunity • Valid real estate license required • Sales experience Compensation: $100,000+ at plan About Company: Core Values: Cannonball Kids - We don’t tiptoe around the pool; we dive in and take action.Accountability is the highest form of love you can give another human being.Personal Responsibility - we take responsibility for our outcomes.Turn The Turtles- A struggling team member or client is like a turtle on its back.
