Meet Monte, Monte was rescued from a homeless encampment with five other siblings. All his siblings have found forever homes and now Monte is waiting for his. He is around 6 months old. Monte is a shy pup and will need someone that has worked with shy dogs or is willing to put the work into building his confidence back up. However, once he bonds with you he will be glued to you. Due to his shy personality he would do best in a quiet/calm home environment with no children. Loud noises and fast movements tend to frighten him. He is crate trained and is currently working on his potty training. He would be a great dog to hike with once he feels comfortable with his environment and will just make an awesome companion. He does great with other dogs and could benefit from having another friend in the house to teach him the fun life of being a pup.
