Synergie Fresh Air LLC is looking for a Service & Installation HVAC Technician Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. This person will provide technical guidance and support to our business and customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, solid analytical skills, and proven problem-solving experience. He/she will use their interpersonal skills to communicate with customers and provide a solution to their technical problems quickly and professionally. Responsibilities: Removing old systems Installing new systems Performing routine maintenance Training junior team members Communicating with clients and customers Ordering and maintaining equipment Meeting local HVAC codes Running pipe and duct systems through homes Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams Understanding refrigeration cycles Knowing how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature Requirements: Three years of related technical support experience Technically savvy with strong project management skills Experience troubleshooting issues and achieving solutions The ability to explain to a non-technical person in a way they will understand About Synergie Fresh Air LLC:Synergie Fresh Air LLC is a HVAC organization dedicated to service, repair and install HVAC equipment.
