Meet Cricket! This smooth coated American guinea pig was abandoned in our donation bin along with another pig (Cadydid). He is a little shy but has been accepting human pets now and calls loudly when people enter his room! He has a cute little round body with smooth fur and enjoys cuddling under blankets and squeaking loudly for snacks. He is doing well with his litter box training! Guinea pigs are highly social animals and thrive in groups of 2 or more. Cricket would certainly love a female friend or two which is why he we had him neutered so he can live happily with females (without fighting or reproducing!). Please contact us if you have a female guinea pig that is looking for a friend! Cricket would thrive with some friends in his life!
