Five9, a leading provider of cloud contact center software, is seeking a Paid Media Marketing Specialist to join the Demand Generation team within the growing Marketing department. The role will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, measurement, and optimization of PPC, PPL, Display, and Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs. This role will work in coordination with peers in the marketing team and agencies to create and capture high-intent demand, and drive sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities: 1 - 3 years of experience Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to cost-effectively maximize ROI in paid campaigns Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC/PPL initiatives and campaigns Manage day to day relationship/execution with paid media agencies and PPL partners Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies Optimize copy and landing pages for demand gen campaigns Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization Research and analyze competitor advertising links Qualifications: Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google and Bing Proven Display experience and success managing display campaigns through GDN, DSPs, and DV360 (preferred) Well versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEM, PPL, Display, and ABM Experience with analytics tools (e.g, Domo, Google Ads/Analytics, Data Studio, Excel) Strong experience with reporting and analyzing ROAS Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments across ad media and landing pages BS/MS degree in Marketing or a quantitative, test-driven field Location: This role is hybrid. 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in office is required.#LI-CM1 #LI-hybridAs part of our continued commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, Five9 supports pay transparency during the entire recruitment process.
