Maintain contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and gain referral requests. Market research and identify prospects that fit the target profile. Use scripts to showcase the solutions that our company can offer. Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress. Report weekly sales goals and objectives to management. Skills and Competencies: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Computer proficiency: CRM experience preferred. Strong typing skills. Ability to ask prying questions and overcome objections. Strong time management and decision-making skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Industrial sales experience preferred, parts and equipment sales knowledge a plus. 1 to 2 years’ experience working in a fast-paced Outbound Customer Service work environment. Must enjoy working in a team environment with a focus on customer service. Previous use of CRM system is preferred, proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Maintain lasting relationships with other call center members and customers.
