Responsibilities: • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service• Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed• Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base• Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched• Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business Qualifications: • One year of work experience in real estate• Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently• Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 yearly About Company: We, at Lydia Gable Realty Group with Compass are a leading Real Estate Group in the Conejo Valley; with a respected brand and are also a fun group of individuals to work with.
