Beagle/Terrier mix UTD neutered Peanut is about three and an half years old, weighs 35 pounds, has tested negative for heartworms, and is kennel-trained. He was pulled from the local Animal Control where he was not eligible for adoption due to being on the shy side. He is still afraid of people but has made great strides in his foster home; with a patient person, a confident canine friend, and a securely fenced-in yard we're sure he'll settle in and show how gentle he is! He loves sleeping on the sofa, and although he currently is not comfortable on a leash he is quite food motivated. In order to be considered for the adoption process, please fill out the adoption pre-interview form located HERE. This form MUST be COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED before inquiring about adoption. A representative from EMAR will respond in a timely manner. Adoption fees vary per animal based on age, breed, expenses, etc. August 27, 2023, 11:00 pm
