Job Overview: Team Leaders are the area leaders who ensure excellence within a given area of the restaurant. This position's area of focus would be the sales team that consists of delivery, food truck, and catering. Along with social media and marketing of the brand.• Coaches Chick-fil-A Standards & Culture• Coaches food safety and quality standards and positional excellence• Brings the Chick-fil-A experience beyond the restaurant to the community through our food truck, delivery, and catering.• Creates consistency in daily operations, i.e. positive atmosphere, unified teamwork, organized environment, and fast and friendly service• Assesses area’s business results• Assesses cash management flow and accountability• Assesses POS data and results• Solves operational hindrances to the guest experience• Must be able to work 25 hours a week with preferred 40 hours.• Must be willing to work on Saturdays.• Be authorized to work in the United States.Qualifications and Requirements:- Proven experience as a leader, or in a similar role, within the catering, restaurant industry, retail, or other hospitality industry.- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations during events.- Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and POS systems.- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.-Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift boxes.-Current driver’s license and valid insurance.At Chick-fil-A, the team leader role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity.
