The ideal candidate will assume significant responsibility in case management and client interaction. Job Overview:The candidate will play a key role in managing legal matters and will have direct interaction with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.Preference is given to candidates with Judicial Clerkship experience.Strong writing and analytical skills, along with excellent academic credentials, are essential for success in this role. Duties:Manage commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and gather information. Requirements:2-4 years of strong commercial litigation experience.Judicial Clerkship experience is preferred.Excellent academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in the New York State Bar, in good standing. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in the New York State Bar. Skills:Strong writing and analytical skills.Ability to manage complex litigation matters.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Experience:2-4 years of strong commercial litigation experience.
