COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, UP TO 3 YEARS PQE, GREATER MANCHESTER, UP TO C GBP 55,000 DOE : Top 200, award winning regional law firm JOB REF: MD5208 - Modern working environment, flexible and hybrid working structure, private health care, cycle to work scheme, gym membership, volunteer days, monthly social events and more. - Reporting directly to the firms head of commercial property you will be working on a busy caseload of complex commercial property cases. - The firms commercial property team deal with property sales and acquisitions, secured lending, asset management and landlord and tenant issues amongst a range of other matters. - You will also be expected to play an active role in the commercial property teams business development activities. - We are keen to speak to talented and ambitious commercial property solicitors anywhere within their first 3 years after qualification.
