JOB SUMMARY • Provide first line management to the Planning and Logistics team • To lead the team to ensure that they effect the timely preparation of product forecast, inventory and production plans', receipt and shipment of product and execution of PO's that are required to deliver the Operations capacity plan. • Ability to provide project leadership for both Supply Chain and Site driven projects and strategy. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Under and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position: • Provide first line management to the Supply and Replenishments Planners, c MPS Planner in Blackpool/Leeds/Oberdorf • Develop and coach direct reports and ensure all base business tasks are fulfilled. • To provide effective management and support to direct reports to ensure supply planning, logistics and administrative (Make procurement) activities occur in line with manufacturing and customer requirements. • To lead team in delivering appropriate forecasting, sales and operations planning and demand management processes and to manage these processes in an effective and efficient manner. • To manage inventory planning policies and processes ensuring achievement of customer service, financial and.
