Position: Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow Location: Miramar, FL – in Center About Team KCT: Team KCT is a dedicated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency serving the communities of Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach since 2020. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine clients' speech, language, and communication needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique requirements. Provide therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative techniques. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including educators, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. Educate clients, families, and caregivers on strategies for enhancing communication skills and overcoming challenges. Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CF) status as per ASHA guidelines. Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Florida. Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with communication disorders. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of advancements in the field.
