Summary We are looking to hire a dependable lead preschool teacher responsible for managing and supervising students and activities in a their classroom. We are seeking a professional who is comfortable working one on one with students and is capable of developing a good relationship with them, as well as maintaining a positive relationship with the parents. We are looking for someone who is ready to work, has a true love for children, and is a team player. We offer paid sick and vacation leave, as well as paid holidays/center closures. We also offer discounted childcare tuition to staff. Duties manage the classroom and all activities for the room enforce the rules of a classroom following the guidelines of the administration create lesson plans appropriate for the age level and subject matter (we provide resources for this) build relationships with students and their families positive role model for students Requirements high school diploma 6 months experience in a licensed childcare facility love for children Nice To Haves first aid/cpr certification teacher certification Benefits paid time off dental, vision, life insurance opportunities employee discount flexible schedule
