German Shepherd puppies. Adoption by advance application only.Adoption Fee $250.00Nemo, Cairo, Valdo, Rags, Chips, Gander, Conan, York, and Sergeant Stubby (who is a girl) were transferred in from a GSD rescue. They were somewhat of a surprise to us as they were hidden inside their mom at the time. Mom (Brownie) is a purebred German Shepherd rescued from a "kill shelter". She was scheduled for euthanasia a few days prior to being transferred to us. We did not know until she was enroute that she was pregnant, which makes us twice as happy that we took her in! The puppies appear to be purebred and are amazing! They were all named after Canine Military Heroes. We highly recommend their adopters be experienced shepherd or working breed owners, as these are not dogs who tolerate boredom. They are a lot of work! It is essential their new families have knowledge of GSD intelligence, protection and even grooming needs. We are accepting applications through Saturday at noon. Email XXXX@hsscg.org for an application. These little ones are spayed/neutered, microchipped and have been started on core vaccines. We recommend you look up their namesakes' stories.
