Please reach out to learn more. Being a Content Manager at iManage Means… You will be a part of the Content Experience team and are the Release and Content Manager for iManage. You will manage internal and external content for iManage related to our software releases and their related content.In this role, you will be managing the release of software including handling the related communications and asset publications. This role combines release and content management responsibilities. To excel, you should have experience in project management as well as an understanding of software release processes and experience with content management systems. iM Responsible For… Participating in the release planning for multiple software products. Coordinating software release dates and publication plans with multiple internal teams. Developing and publishing public announcement communications for each product release. Delivering software releases and the supporting content to customers through our public support site. Updating and publishing support site articles with changes such as product documentation updates. Writing and publishing product announcements when necessary. The individual must be confident in their communication with customers. iM Qualified Because I Have… Excellent written communication and project management skills. A Bachelor’s degree that has a significant communications or technical component: journalism, communications, training, instructional design, technical writing, software development or another technical discipline. Or, equivalent qualifications or experience. Experience using content management systems (CMS) (e.g. WordPress, Drupal, Wix). Written and edited technical content for a software company, or for equivalent independent contracts. Experience working across multiple, local and international teams, spread across time zones and cultures. Preferably teams for technical support, development, quality assurance, and product ownership. Bonus Points If I Have... Experience with the delivery and communication of software releases to customers. An understanding of release terms and technology. Experience working with Zendesk and Confluence.
