The successful candidate will exclusively work in digital health, representing startups and founder-led companies across all stages, from pre-formation to capital markets. Duties:Provide legal counsel and guidance to digital health startups and founder-led companies.Advise clients on regulatory compliance matters related to healthcare laws and regulations.Assist in structuring and negotiating transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and financing rounds.Draft and review contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents.Conduct legal research and analysis on emerging issues in digital health and healthcare technology.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal and business challenges. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar and eligibility to practice law in Massachusetts.3-7 years of experience in healthcare law, with a focus on regulatory compliance.Prior experience advising on the corporate practice of medicine is preferred.Strong interest in technology use in healthcare and a passion for shaping healthcare's future.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the State Bar and eligibility to practice law in Massachusetts. Skills:In-depth knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations.Familiarity with digital health and healthcare technology trends.Strong drafting and negotiation skills.Ability to provide strategic legal advice to clients.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
