We’re seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert that can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. If you are looking to combine your communication and prospecting skills with your outside sales experience to leverage a more lucrative career in the industry, we want you on our team! Responsibilities: • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals• Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel• Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business• Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information• Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly Qualifications: • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales• High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred• You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals• At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred• You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals Compensation: 92,000 - 117,000 yearly About Company: Josh Sherrill Insurance Agency partners With Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies to market and sell their products.
