Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory• Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products• Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry• Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events• Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM• Must be knowledgeable in modern arboriculture, and implement that knowledge on a day-to-day basis in meetings with clients and staff. • Must communicate scope of work in detail and follow industry standards from start to finish. • The primary objective for the Sales Arborist is to follow up on requests for service, generate sales opportunities, and meet sales goals while creating positive customer interactions. Qualifications: • To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills• CRM experience preferred• A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferred• Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years• You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle Compensation: $57,000 - $62,000 yearly About Company: Titan Arbor Care is a locally-owned tree service business in Hinckley, Ohio.
