Please read on...&nbsp;</strong><br />&nbsp;The <strong>Manager, Research &amp; Business Analyst</strong>, sits within the IM-US Innovation Lab (iLab), a pillar in&nbsp; MarTech Product Management. In this role, you will join a highly innovative and intrapreneurial group that is focused on accelerating our strategy by identifying, executing, and scaling new innovations across the enterprise. With an eye toward the complexities of the US healthcare ecosystem and a strong<br />background in research analytics and business analytics you will bridge across two key, critical, and complimentary areas: market research and business analyst. You will execute on innovation strategy and be responsible for building out the data, insights, and analytics infrastructure for the iLab. You will be accountable to deliver market and business insights and business requirements that support the<br />delivery of digital solutions with a strong impact potential and that disrupts the status quo. Market Research: With an expertise in landscape scanning, research, and report delivery, you will research and assess the viability of new ideas for experimentation based on business impact potential.<br />You will conduct your analysis via external available data sets as well as perform internal readiness assessments. You will provide written reports of your analysis and summarize your findings, insights and recommendations via executive presentations. Your exceptional software skills will shine here, as well as your oral and written communication skills.</p><p><strong>Business Analyst:&nbsp;</strong><br />Your expertise as a business analyst will enable you to help the Innovation Lab accelerate delivery of novel solutions that yield strong business impact. You will work closely with business &amp; IT stakeholders to understand existing backlog, use cases and requirements for iLab programs and projects. You will also gather additional requirements from business &amp; IT stakeholders, and you will excel at engaging, collaborating with, and influencing critical internal stakeholders and<br />partners across all areas of the organization to bring new innovations to life.<br />The ideal candidate will also have an in-depth understanding of process improvement, design thinking, and human-centered design and product management.</p><p>The <strong>Manager, Research &amp; Business Analyst </strong>will lead a matrix and multi-disciplinary<br />team of functional experts to create the iLab business analytics and insights from scratch, utilizing strong influencing and motivational leadership skills to gain the support of key stakeholders across the organization. Flexibility and agility as the Innovation Lab moves at the speed of innovation.</p><p><strong>Job Purpose:<br />&nbsp;Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:</strong><br />&nbsp;&bull; Conduct and report on market research for high impact potential ideas to establish evidence, inform on market landscape, identifying gaps &amp; opportunities.<br />&nbsp;&bull; Lead in close collaboration with DIA, Marketing Automation, and other key stakeholders DIA integration to develop real-time user experience insights and analytics, dashboards, and KPI performance of iLab programs/projects.<br />&nbsp;&bull; Ensure data capture and data use complies with Novartis guidelines and policies.<br />&nbsp;&bull; Ensure that required program artifacts/requirements and functional documents are created in a timely, comprehensive manner.<br />&nbsp;&bull; Support the Program Lead with the creation of epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.<br />&nbsp;&bull; Collaborate with project manager(s) in managing experimentation scope and requirements and bring stakeholders to a mutual understanding of the requirements.<br />&nbsp;&bull; Track &amp; manage iLab external partner contracts &amp; partner/brand spend for wholistic view of innovation investment and illuminate opportunities in enterprise approach/economies of scale.<br />&nbsp;&bull; Analyze the impact of the requirements on the system and identify gaps, contradictions, and inconsistencies.<br />&nbsp;&bull; Leverage Jira or other appropriate software to create, maintain, extend, tag, and refine Epics, and User Stories.<br />&nbsp;&bull; Participate in clarification of issues with iLab team &amp; customer stakeholders.<br />&nbsp;&bull; Advise leadership on how key insights reveal gaps and/or opportunities to identify the right solutions for identified problems.<br />&nbsp;&bull; Lead multi-functional, multi-disciplinary teams of functional experts and external partners to develop iLab dashboards, data-driven analytics, insights, and ROI projections rooted in evidence�based hypotheses, using validated instruments.<br />&nbsp;&bull; Contribute as a critical member of the innovation team and exhibit strong team-player behaviors ensuring timely technical deliverables and coordinating with other teammates to accelerate experimentation.<br />&nbsp;&bull; Develop and nurture strong relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and on budget.<br />&nbsp;&bull; Drive the clear and effective articulation of project aspiration, insights, and value drivers to help direct the activities of a cross-functional team.<br />&nbsp;&bull; Ensure team reporting consistency across multiple SharePoint and MS Teams sites ensuring documents are catalogued, easy to find, and up to date.
