Responsibilities of Activities Assistants: Assist in activities with the residents. Play a vital role in our residents well-being by planning and promoting recreation-based activities that stimulate the mind and body and promote social interaction. Provide input into the design of monthly recreation services. Document resident attendance and participation level at recreation programs. Write progress notes. Attend care plan meetings as appropriate. Qualifications for Activities Assistants: High school graduate or GED Pleasant and outgoing individual.
