VEDU is currently seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations (VPO) to join our leadership team. The VPO will play a key role in driving operational excellence and efficiency, with both operational and strategic finance responsibilities. This individual will oversee the day-to-day operations of our education group, focusing on strategic planning, resource management, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the international education landscape, strong financial acumen, strategic thinking abilities and exceptional leadership skills. Responsibilities: • Working closely with CEO to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives to support the growth and expansion of our education group's operations. • Providing leadership and guidance in managing the day-to-day operations of our colleges, schools and education services, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. • Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities, and working closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure financial sustainability and profitability. • Driving operational efficiency by identifying process improvement opportunities, implementing best practices, and leveraging technology solutions. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems that enhance operational effectiveness and ensure compliance. • Fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and promoting a positive and inclusive work.
