This sweet, gentle, loving senior needs a forever home!! His human Dad passed away and Charlie has nowhere to go. We can change that only IF you open your heart and home. What we know about Charlie:10-12 years old22 pounds (overweight)Walks great on leashFriendly, shyGets along with dogs (with proper introductions)Chases catsKids 12+ olderPotty training is a work in progressTalkerMale / female home Charlie lived most of his life indoors, fed people food, led an inactive/isolated lifestyle and had not seen a vet in many years. Charlie's wellness exam, senior blood panel and urinalysis were positive with no concerns and will need a dental within the year. We would LOVE to change all of this so while he's being temporarily cared for, we have instructed the guardians to begin his weight loss with a healthy diet and incorporate daily gentle walks. Charlie is eating a high quality diet with added senior supplements.
