Tutor (Qualified Teacher) Solihull GBP30 : GBP35 per hour Flexible Working Hours The Tuition Services Team at Randstad are looking for a qualified teacher with a real passion to support vulnerable, at risk and disengaged learners We offer our Tutors highly rewarding assignments, whilst providing flexibility and professional support to ensure your success. Earning up to GBP35 per hour. We believe in empowering children through tailored 1 to 1 educational support. You will be offered the opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with children and young people with a variety of learning needs through tutoring in a creative, flexible and engaging manner. For this tutoring role, you will support pupils by tailoring the tuition sessions to suit their individual needs and current working level. Above all you will be an engaging and informative Tutor by helping pupils access the best education. As a Tutor in Solihull, you will be free to choose from an extensive list of available bookings both face to face or online with flexible hours, enabling you to take control of your working schedule. You will be assisted by our dedicated support team through every step of your registration process and will also be provided with high quality training to enable you to deliver your tuition sessions. The ideal requirements: Professional Teaching Qualifications (QTS / QTLS / PGCE / B. Ed / PTLLS / DTLLS / CELTA), Subject Specialism or extensive tuition experience Experience teaching English, Maths and/or Science from KS1 : KS4 (SATs or GCSE experience) Experience, Knowledge and Understanding of working with children/young people with additional learning needs (SEN/SEMH) Experience, Knowledge and Understanding of working with disengaged young people or looked after children Experience, Knowledge and Understanding of Safeguarding practices An enhanced DBS on the update service or the willingness to acquire one Experience of Teaching 1 year (preferred) Experience.
