Description:

Saki is estimated to be 7-9 months old (born late spring/early summer 2023). She was found as a youngster at the Saint Louis Zoo by an employee behind the Primate House, hence her being named after a species of monkey.She has a playful, endearing, and thoughtful way about her. She enjoys sleeping next to you on the bed at night and laying on you while you watch tv on the couch. She likes to be involved in your activities. The laser pointer, teaser and ball track are her favorite toys. She is being fostered with and enjoys the company of other cats and has done very good with them and finding her place in the group. There is also a dog in her foster home, a 60lb older/calm pitbull mix. She was apprehensive of the dog at first but has become very comfortable sharing space and sleeping near the dog.She would do well in a home with calm dogs, or other cats and/or children who are respectful with cats.
