Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field; MBA is preferred. 5+ years of executive leadership experience in the retail industry, with a focus on technology-driven retail operations. Proven track record of success in leading high-growth brands or turnarounds, preferably within technology-focused retail companies. Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
