We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated Customer Service Sales Representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints• Ensure customer account information is up-to-date• Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge• Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed• Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot• Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction• Process customer policy change requests• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow up• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests• Return all phone messages promptly• Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases• Work independently and as part of a team Qualifications: • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent• Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction• Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills• Professional phone etiquette• Exceptional Business Writing and Editing Skills• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude• Bilingual preferred but not necessary Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 yearly About Company: Our Culture: We are building a winning culture in our Farmers Agency by helping individuals like you experience success and satisfaction in the work they do.
