Rover is a handsome and young 1.5 year old boy who came in through animal control after he was found strolling down the street, dragging a very heavy chain. He is friendly, playful, active and great on leash. Rover is in playgroup with several other dogs and does very well with medium-large size dogs who can wrestle with him. Rover appears to be housebroken and is clean in his kennel. He is ready to meet you and find his forever home! Adoption by appointment only with an approved adoption application.
