Hello Sir or Mam Thank you in Advance for addressing this text. My name is George DeLorme and need immediate employment. Why am I looking for work. My company is going out of business. We had like 1200 trucks and now we are down to less than 200. I am a dispatcher and recruiter looking for work. I also know how to generate new direct shipper leads and negotiate pricing for carriers or brokers. If you can use me then I would like to talk. I do work from home but that was never an issue. I do require the following to stay productive. You must have paid for ads to generate leads. Your safety department must give me an answer regarding driver approval within 24 to 48 hours. In need access to IntelliApp to be able to follow their progress. I must know every detail of the hiring process to keep drivers informed and up to date. Need all the standards and guidelines to ensure the candidate meets the company qualifications. Need everything to run MVRs and criminal background. Need fast hiring decisions based on qualifications, experience, and hiring goals, working with Safety and Compliance department. Need to be able to Coordinate and schedule candidates for New Hire Orientation. Would really like to be a part of a team that realizes the necessity to Structure and maintain detailed records of all recruiting activities daily.
