Included in that group were sisters Betty and Nancy Tokumoto and Betty's husband, David Hall. Betty and Nancy grew up in Okinawa, Bangkok, and Hawaii and attended college in Oregon; so, they have a unique ability to blend the cooking styles of the Far East with the tastes of the Pacific Northwest. Our recipes were created or inspired by the Tokumoto sisters. Mustard Seed takes pride in its in-house sauces, commitment to fresh ingredients, and dedication to exceptional service. We are able to achieve this because we hire talented team members and provide them with a positive work environment that encourages growth and advancement.
