Although initially a bit shy around new faces, it doesn't take long for Joe to overcome his reservations, and he soon becomes a devoted and affectionate friend, ready to bring joy and companionship to his future adoptive family.Joe has become very bonded to his "BFF" Kevin and they are required to find their new home together to keep them happy and healthy!
