Practice Area: Litigation - Securities Litigation - Defense,Litigation - Commercial, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 3 Years, Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a highly skilled Complex Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in complex commercial and securities litigation to join their team in Menlo Park, CA.Duties:Handle complex commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Assist with deposition preparation, witness interviews, and trial preparation.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.Manage discovery, including document review and production.Participate in case strategy meetings and provide strategic legal advice.Maintain accurate and organized case files and documents.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.3-5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation and securities litigation.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.Skills:Proficiency in legal research and writing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage complex litigation matters efficiently.Proficiency in document review and discovery processes.Attention to detail and organizational skills.
