The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in complex real estate transactions and strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.Duties:Handle complex real estate transactions, including joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate MA, and financings.Provide legal counsel and support to clients on various real estate matters.Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to real estate transactions.Conduct due diligence and research on real estate properties and transactions.Collaborate with partners, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful real estate transactions.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility to become admitted.Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, focusing on complex real estate transactions.Strong understanding of real estate law, including property rights, contracts, zoning laws, and regulations.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility to become admitted.Skills:Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Strong drafting skills for legal documents and contracts.Analytical mindset with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Understanding and appreciation of the business aspects of real estate investing.
