Overview: The Democratic National Committee is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Analytics team. The Data Analyst will assist with targeting, reporting, tracking, and other program-specific data needs. Key Responsibilities: Help set up processes for efficient data collection, tracking, reporting and analysis Work with a cohesive team to execute projects with accuracy, attention to detail, and timeliness Design and build reports and tools for teams across the campaign in line with key programmatic priorities Preferred Skills & Qualifications: 1+ year of experience applying data and analytics tools in a political, business, or non-profit setting 1+ year using SQL professionally Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and platforms used by other team members A track record of prioritizing projects with the ability to be self-directed Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A desire to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and implement creative solutions to unique problems Additional Useful Skills & Qualifications: A technical skillset that includes familiarity or proficiency in a variety of programming languages/software such as (but not limited to) MS Excel, Google Suite, Python, QGIS, dbt, and R Experience volunteering or working in politics or with the voter file The salary for this position is $70,000, on an annualized basis, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This position is in the bargaining unit represented by SEIU Local-500. Due to FEC regulations, only U.S. citizens or U.S. green card holders are eligible to apply for this role.
