Caseworkers serve as permanency planning specialists, assisting the division in reducing length of stay in foster care for children. Conducts concurrent case planning involving reunifications, terminations of parental rights/adoption and guardianships. Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field required. One year child welfare and case management experience preferred. Expertise in Chapter 48/children's Juvenile Justice code pertaining to terminations of parental rights (TPR) is desired. Valid Wisconsin driver's license and minimum liability insurance. Some travel within Kenosha, and surrounding counties in southeast Wisconsin, i.e. Racine, Milwaukee. Children's Wisconsin is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
