Practice Area: Workers' Compensation Law - General, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 2 Years, Job Overview: A law firm in Studio City, CA, is seeking a dedicated Worker's Compensation Attorney to manage a docket of Workers' Compensation cases to resolution. The successful candidate will report directly to a Senior Associate and collaborate with a team of paralegals and Worker's Compensation staff to ensure exceptional client service.Duties:Manage a docket of Workers' Compensation cases from initiation to resolution.Provide guidance and support to non-attorney staff as needed.Maintain a positive work environment and lead by example.Collaborate with Worker's Compensation staff to ensure high-quality service to clients.Requirements:2+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation law.Membership in good standing with the California State Bar.Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the California State Bar.Skills:Strong legal research and analytical skills.Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients and non-attorneys.Proficiency in legal writing and drafting.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a caseload efficiently.Benefits Offered:Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.Flexible time off plans, including paid parental leave and Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO).Paid holidays.
