The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance litigation and will be responsible for handling various aspects of insurance-related cases. Duties:Represent clients in insurance litigation matters.Handle all stages of litigation, from case inception to resolution.Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop case strategies.Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on insurance-related matters.Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.Stay informed about developments in insurance law and regulations. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in Oregon.Prior experience in insurance litigation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and organizational skills. Certifications:Active license to practice law in Oregon. Skills:Legal research and writing.Litigation experience.Case management.Negotiation skills.Client communication.Knowledge of insurance law and regulations. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
