The ideal candidate will have expertise in various technological domains, including 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end. Strong academic credentials, analytical prowess, and exceptional communication skills are essential for success in this role. A background in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is highly preferred.Duties:Conduct patent prosecution activities, including drafting and prosecuting patent applications.Provide legal counsel and strategic guidance on patent matters related to 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end technologies.Collaborate with inventors, engineers, and stakeholders to identify patentable inventions and develop patent strategies.Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses.Manage patent portfolios and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of patent prosecution experience.Expertise in patent prosecution related to 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end technologies.Excellent academic credentials.Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent preferred.Registration with the United States Patent Trademark Office (USPTO) or eligibility to register for the USPTO.Admission to and good standing with the Bar, or eligibility for waiver.Education and Certifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (preferred).Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Registration with the United States Patent Trademark Office (USPTO).Skills:Proficiency in patent prosecution processes.In-depth knowledge of patent laws and regulations.Ability to analyze complex technical concepts and articulate them effectively.Strong research and problem-solving abilities.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Proficiency in legal research and writing.Attention to detail and accuracy.
