<p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li><strong>Instructional Design - </strong>Design and develop both instructor-led training and on-demand e-learning across a variety of topics ranging from enabling people leaders and workmates on compensation practices, enabling the compensation team with designing engaging slides for new launches. Advise on instructional design best practices and recommend learning methods and measurement strategies for effective implementation.</li><li><strong>Content Development</strong> - Build a variety of assets to support our learning programs including videos, quick-cards, instructor materials, playbooks, learning nudges and others. </li><li><strong>Communications</strong> - Have strong writing skills that help create communications and go-to-market assets effectively. Support stakeholder and customer presentations by distilling strategy and initiatives into impactful presentations. </li><li><strong>Collaboration - </strong>Lead design projects of all sizes and enable collaboration among advisors and subject-matter experts; understanding learning objectives and audience needs, co-create designs, ask for and implement feedback, and iterate as needed. Bring thought partnership to create the best in class learning experiences</li><li><strong>Project Management - </strong>Collaborate with partners to build project plans, align to timelines and milestones, and assess whether courses are meeting identified objectives and key results.</li></ul><p><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>7+ years directly related experience in the following fields: learning and development, content development, storytelling and graphic design.</li><li>Experience in learning and development required with expertise in gap analysis and rapid prototyping.</li><li>Experience working in projects supporting HR practices including compensation orTotal Rewards a must.</li><li>Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management </li><li>Knowledge of change management and experience of working with communications team</li></ul><p><strong>Other Qualifications</strong></p><p>We believe you will possess interests and experiences in these areas:</p><ul><li><strong>Instructional Design -</strong> Stay ahead of the latest trends in instructional design and learning across both e-learning and instructor-led training (ILT); help program owners and designers to implement these standards.</li><li><strong>Content Design and Development </strong>- Familiarity with key development platforms including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite required; knowledge of video design/editing, graphic design, and Articulate platform preferred. Support stakeholder and customer presentations by distilling strategy and initiatives into impactful presentations.</li><li><strong>Collaboration </strong>- Cultivate collaborative relationships with a diverse group of partners representing different experiences, backgrounds, and organizations located across geographies.</li><li><strong>Results-Orientation</strong> - Deliver committed results in a fast-paced, high-quality environment according to project schedules</li><li><strong>Adaptability </strong>- Shift gears comfortably as business needs evolve. Proactively seek out feedback and opportunities for improvement, and adapt deliverables in response.</li><li><strong>Innovation</strong> - Understand personas and experiment with learning formats that accelerate stickiness of enablement for each persona. </li><li> </li></ul><p>This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $39.68/hour-$52.91/hour</p><p>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K</p>
