Job descriptionHendrickson is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician for 1st shift. Our Kendallville operations are just North of Fort Wayne, IN. COME JOIN OUR TEAM!!! * Fantastic starting wages with annual increases * 100% educational assistance * Direct hireDaily Responsibilities: * Analyze and effectively diagnose machine and equipment problems. * Plan and implement appropriate corrective action. * Complete machine maintenance and repair log in an accurate and timely manner. * Perform preventative maintenance as outlined on preventative schedule. * Complete all necessary paperwork in an accurate and timely mannerQualifications * Pre employment testing may be required. * Willing to complete secondary education per defined program on own time (or have technical associates degree) required. * CNC experience, Fanuc and Okuma controls, PLC experience are a plus * Strong Attendance history * Able to read and write legibly required * Able to lift up to 40 lb. required * Must be willing to work any shiftHendrickson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
