Meet handsome Cable! He ended up at the shelter as a lost boy on 2/18, and no one has come to reclaim him. You can see in Cable's eyes and by the scars on his body that he has been let down by humans. We're not sure what happened to him or what he's been through, but let's not dwell on the past. We want a brighter future for Cable. This sweet boy wants so badly to be able to trust people, but he needs a hero to give him a second chance. Cable is trying so hard to be brave in the loud overwhelming shelter. He's a little hesitant being leashed, but he's getting the hang of it with the help of lots of tasty treats! Cable may know some commands, but he was distracted by the new surroundings and only wanted to get treats during his photoshoot. Cable needs a patient and loving person to help him work through his past trauma and learn that people can be kind and the world can be a good place. Cable is approximately 2 years old, and he weighs 74 lbs. He is UTD on vaccines, and he will be neutered, microchipped, and heartworm tested upon adoption.
