The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of real estate transactional experience, with an emphasis on finance, preferably from a large law firm.Duties:Advise clients on commercial real estate transactions and workouts.Manage matters focusing on real estate finance, purchase and sale, and joint ventures.Interact directly with clients to address their needs and concerns.Supervise junior attorneys and paralegals effectively.Requirements:5-7 years of real estate transactional experience.Experience in finance, preferably from a large law firm.Strong drafting skills.Excellent academic credentials.Strong interpersonal skills.Commitment to excellence.Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.Membership in the Bar in the United States.Preferred:Experience with real estate finance, purchase and sale, and joint ventures.
