The ideal candidate should possess 4-6 years of experience representing lenders and/or lessors of commercial aircraft in leasing, purchase and sale, and financing transactions. The role requires expertise in leading both domestic and cross-border transactions, exceptional academic performance, and strong interpersonal skills.Duties:Represent lenders and/or lessors of commercial aircraft in leasing, purchase, sale, and financing transactions.Provide legal advice and support on aviation finance matters.Draft and negotiate agreements, contracts, and other legal documents related to aviation finance transactions.Conduct legal research and analysis about aviation finance laws and regulations.Assist clients in structuring and executing complex aviation finance transactions.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.4-6 years of relevant experience in aviation finance law.Strong understanding of aviation finance transactions and related legal principles.Excellent academic performance in law school.Admitted to practice law in North Carolina or eligible for admission via reciprocity.Certifications:Admission to the North Carolina State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.Skills:Exceptional legal drafting and negotiation skills.Proficiency in conducting legal research and analysis.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Familiarity with relevant aviation finance laws and regulations.
