Collaboration and teamwork are emphasized, and NJ or CT Bar admission in good standing is required.Duties:Conduct due diligence investigations.Perform legal research on corporate and transactional matters.Draft and review legal documents related to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance, and corporate governance.Negotiate contracts and agreements.Manage substantial components of corporate and transactional matters.Interact directly with clients to address their legal needs and concerns.Requirements:3-5 years of corporate and transactional experience.Strong background in due diligence, legal research, document drafting, and negotiation.Comfortable working directly with clients.Experience in healthcare and life sciences industries (preferred).Excellent technical, professional, and client service skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.Team-oriented with a focus on collaboration.NJ or CT Bar admission in good standing.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:NJ or CT Bar admission in good standing.Skills:Proficiency in corporate and transactional law.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Attention to detail in legal documents and agreements.Effective negotiation skills.Client-focused approach to legal practice.
