Hours can be long and variable with occasionally weekends due to inclement weather; occasional overnight motel will be required. You will need to reside in or near Memphis, Tipton, Haywood, Fayette or Shelby County. Requirements As a Roadside Applicator your responsibilities will include the following: Ability to lift 50 pounds up to 40”, ability to climb 36” onto the back of a truck, Good vision and hearing, communication skills, Quick reaction speeds (multi-tasking), Must be able to work independently without direct supervision, have a valid driver’s license with insurable MVR, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. Agriculture background with familiarity of west Tennessee crops and livestock preferred.
