The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience handling upmarket bilateral, syndicated, and sponsor-backed deals for banks and private credit funds. They must possess a strong academic background from nationally recognized schools and be admitted to practice in AZ.Duties:Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently and responsively.Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products.Successfully meet deadlines and expectations and perform work duties as required.Foster positive work relationships.Comply with all firm policies and practices.Engage in physical and sedentary activities, such as working at a computer for extended periods, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings as needed.Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.Requirements:5-7 years of relevant experience in debt finance.Strong academic background from nationally recognized schools.Admission to practice law in Arizona.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the State Bar of Arizona.Skills:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to produce high-quality work efficiently.Proficiency in legal research and writing.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
