Minnie: My name means will, desire, protection. Yes, my name suits me. When I was found, I was so, so skinny. I am a mini kitty, an older kitten or young adult brown tabby and white girl who was found in the p.m. on February 16 and was taken to the emergency vet clinic. I was quite underweight, cold, and wet. I came in with another cat, who was, unfortunately, already deceased. After spending a short time at the shelter, I went to a foster home so I could get lots of TLC and put on some weight. I've been eating lots of Friskies wet food and a mix of kitten kibble. I don't look like I'm starving anymore! My foster mom says that I'm very sweet. Although I don't cuddle for more than 5-10 minutes at a time, I love the attention. I'll just jump down when I've had enough lovin'. I also love to be petted and brushed, so that keeps me around longer. I have a such a soft purr that you can barely hear it; you can feel it though. I'm a quiet, well-behaved girl who doesn't cause any mischief. I tried getting into a closet once, but that was about it! And I only use my voice when it's feeding time! I'm starting to play with toys too. One thing my foster mom did say is that I never learned to cover my "business" in the litter box, and sometimes the poop ends up just outside the box, so she recommends a tall box to prevent messes. With that little fix, I'll be purr-fect! I'm a beautiful little soul who will make a wonderful companion for someone once we have a chance to bond. I'll fill your heart with love and wonder.
